Nearly everyone’s guilty of sun-worshipping: exposing our skin to too much sun, often under-protected, to achieve the bronzed skin glow. Unfortunately, sun exposure is the single greatest contributor to premature skin aging - taking as much as 80-90% of the heat for your prematurely aged skin!
