We value your time and ours, and we want to ensure every client has the opportunity to book appointments when they need them. To help us do this, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and offer available appointments to clients on our waiting list.
