EA Beauty Membership FAQs

  • There is a 12-month commitment for our membership. Many of our services recommend a series of treatments over the course of several months. This membership commitment is a great way to fulfill any series of treatments for the best possible results and allows us to provide you with incredible savings!

  • You can use the funds in your EA Beauty Bank at any time within 12 months of your start date. Your contributions accumulate monthly, giving you the flexibility to use them whenever you’re ready!

  • Yes, we understand many of our clients may need to pause their membership while they travel or for other reasons. You may freeze your membership one time per 12 month contract for up to three months. During the pause, a monthly deposit will not be taken, therefore your EA Beauty Bank will not continue to accumulate. During this time, you will lose access to all of your membership benefits including collection of royalty points and savings on services.

    At the end of the pause period, your membership will automatically continue and resumecollect your monthly deposit, regaining you access to your membership benefits.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership before the 12 month period is complete, a cancellation fee equal to one month of your deposit will apply (for example, Rouge members will pay $100 to cancel.) However, there are certain conditions in which the fee may be waived. Please ask us for more information regarding the cancellation fee waiver.

  • The membership discount does not apply to the following:

    - Any medical services, such as Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Migraine Treatment, TMJ Treatment, or Hyperhidrosis Treatment.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier once per fiscal year. However, please note that any changes require signing up for a new membership due to our system's setup.

  • No, we no longer use the quarter system for memberships. All memberships now follow a continuous monthly structure (with a 12-month commitment) to provide greater flexibility and ease of use!
