EA Beauty Members can now use both their EA Beauty Bank and their tier savings (10–30% off) toward eligible retail products. Your monthly deposit goes toward your favourite medical-grade skincare, while your savings apply to services and retail, year-round.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

12-Month Commitment

Cancel any time. A cancellation fee equal to one month of your contribution applies (e.g. Rouge members pay $100). Ask us about fee waiver conditions.

Tier Changes

Upgrade or downgrade your tier once per fiscal year. Changes require signing up for a new membership.

Freezes

Need a break? Freeze once per 12-month contract for up to three months. Deposits and benefits pause, then resume once activated.

Frequently asked questions

  • There is a 12-month commitment for our membership. Many of our services recommend a series of treatments over the course of several months. This membership commitment is a great way to fulfil any series of treatments for the best possible results and allows us to provide you with incredible savings!

  • You can use the funds in your EA Beauty Bank at any time within 12 months of your start date. Your contributions accumulate monthly, giving you the flexibility to use them whenever you’re ready!

  • Yes, we understand many of our clients may need to pause their membership while they travel or for other reasons. You may freeze your membership one time per 12 month contract for up to three months. During the pause, a monthly deposit will not be taken, therefore your EA Beauty Bank will not continue to accumulate. During this time, you will lose access to all of your membership benefits, including savings on services.

    At the end of the pause period, your membership will automatically continue and resume collecting your monthly deposit, regaining you access to your membership benefits.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership before the 12 month period is complete, a cancellation fee equal to one month of your deposit will apply (for example, Rouge members will pay $100 to cancel.) However, there are certain conditions in which the fee may be waived. Please ask us for more information regarding the cancellation fee waiver.

  • The membership discount does not apply to the following:

    - Any medical services or services provided by a medical professional such as an LPN, RN, NP, or MD, included but not limited to Bioidentical Hormone Replacement, Migraine Treatment, TMJ Treatment, or Hyperhidrosis Treatment. Ask us in-store for more details.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier once per fiscal year. However, please note that any changes require signing up for a new membership due to our system's setup.

  • No, we no longer use the quarter system for memberships. All memberships now follow a continuous monthly structure (with a 12-month commitment) to provide greater flexibility and ease of use!

  • Beginning October 1st, 2026, EA Beauty Members will no longer earn new Royalty Points, as year-round retail savings will now be included with the EA Beauty Membership. Any Royalty Points already accumulated will remain on the client’s account and can still be redeemed.
